I have encountered a host of women who allowed their beliefs about their bodies to be dictated by sexual partners. I have witnessed off hand, and generally, rude comments devastate women’s self-esteem.
For instance, their lover may make a statement regarding the symmetry of their breast size, shape, or nipple appearance. Such a statement becomes an all-encompassing drive to not only judge themselves. But, pushes them to constantly address this comment as if it were the unadulterated fact.

I have seen this occur again and again. Pretty much covering every facet of their anatomy. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t even have to be a comment. It could just be a sexual partner may say nothing at all.
The woman’s imagination will all by itself run wild with a myriad of false assumptions, which has nothing whatsoever with the actual reason for the original lack of comment.
Further, they equate their self-esteem to be coupled with whatever body part they themselves have an issue with. whether their assumptions are actually accurate or not. This belief begins to affect whether they act on sexual feelings or not.
This can, if left unchecked, cause the woman to block themselves off from a regular life. Mainly, they lock themselves away from fear of rejection. This can lead to depression, lack of sleep, and a host of other symptoms that could have been easily avoided by merely stopping judgment of their bodies. This can, if left unchecked, cause the woman to block themselves off from a regular life. In conclusion, women, in my opinion, need to avoid self recriminations. Taking time to accept themselves, instead of judging their bodies and working on forgiveness of their faults. As well work on the things they can address. We none of us are perfect regardless of how they look. We must simply play the hands we are dealt to their best of our abilities. If someone is rude and judgemental, they are not worthy of your time or your attention.
